Passionate About Greening the Health Sector? Apply to Be the Next CleanMed Keynote Speaker

By path2positive

At this year's annual CleanMed conference, two of Climate for Health's partner organizations, Practice Greenhealth and Health Care Without Harm, will introduce an entirely new form of keynote session: MEDx Talks. These MEDx Talks will focus on the personal journeys that have inspired the speakers to focus on the overlaps between the environment and human health. Speakers will share their passion for sustainability in health care and discuss the hurdles they have faced along the way. Recognizing that there are inspirational stories among the Climate for Health crowd, we encourage you to apply to create a MEDx talk and be featured in this year's conference. We hope you'll take advantage of this exciting opportunity. Learn more about how to apply below.

Are you passionate about greening the health care sector? You can be the next CleanMed Keynote Speaker

Similar to the well-known TED Talks, this general session will focus on the personal journeys that inspired our speakers to dedicate themselves to their impressive work. These unique stories will describe their reasons for engaging in sustainability in health care, challenges faced, accomplishments as well as successes enjoyed, and hopes for the future of health care. Each of the three to four talks will be about 12 minutes each, and those who are selected for this special new session will work with a speaker coach who will guide them in shaping their presentations.

Are you interested in becoming a MEDx Talks speaker?

To apply, tell us your story and key messages and include a two- to three-minute video that describes your passion and the journey that led you here.
