Elaine Auld

Elaine Auld is Chief Executive Officer for the Society for Public Health Education (SOPHE), in Washington, DC, and has spent some 30 years working in the field of health education, health promotion, and health communications. She has been involved in efforts to strengthen pre-service education and continuing education systems for health education specialists. Her publications and interests are related to implementation of ACA, health education credentialing and standards, workforce development, public policy, and health equity.
